Continuing Education Department at Al-Ayen Iraqi University organizes a training course on the archiving system and administrative correspondence.

In cooperation with the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Continuing Education Department at Al-Ayen Iraqi University organized a specialized training course for the university's administrative staff on the approved archiving and administrative correspondence system.
The course was presented by Asst. Lecturer Karar S. Mohsen, who discussed the mechanisms for organizing official correspondence and the importance of electronic archiving in facilitating administrative work and ensuring the safe and rapid preservation of data.
It aims to develop the skills of administrative staff in using modern systems and enhancing the efficiency of job performance, which contributes to improving workflow within the university.
